The Influencer credential is the first tier of the Agentic AI Ambassador Program, a joint credential path from Dell Services and DataRobot. It is earned at the L300 Dell AI Specialist Launchpad, a full-day, instructor-led bootcamp on positioning and delivering agentic transformation with the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA and DataRobot. Participants learned to identify and qualify agentic transformation opportunities against the ideal customer and problem profile, position sovereign AI and the three-way partnership, an overview of sovereign and governed AI and agents on DataRobot. The session combined buyer persona and qualification training, guided hands-on agent demos, and scenario-based positioning workshops applying the framework to real-world account situations. Badge holders receive standing access to a DataRobot demo environment.
